Assemblyman Eduardo Garcia (D-Coachella) sat down with KESQ's Karen Devine and CBS Local 2's Brooke Beare live in-studio to discuss numerous topics in the race for the 56th District State Assembly seat.
Eduardo Garcia is a Coachella native who graduated from Coachella Valley High School. In 2006, at the age of 29, he was elected as the mayor of Coachella. In 2014, Garcia was elected to the 56th District seat. In his time as Assemblymember, has championed farmworkers' rights and environmental issues, particularly related to the Salton Sea.
