COACHELLA VALLEY FORECAST
A WIND ADVISORY WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 AM FRIDAY. IT WILL LIKELY BE EXTENDED THROUGH THE WEEKEND, WITH EVEN STRONGER WINDS EXPECTED NEXT WEEK.
A large area of low pressure will remain almost stationary to the north through the weekend, keeping winds slightly gusty and temperatures just below average. Still we can expect lots of sunshine on the way with patchy high clouds at times.
Several impulses will move around the low through the forecast period, with the strongest impulse moving around the low early next week. Expect cooler numbers with even gustier winds late Monday through Wednesday, slightly cloudier skies and light rain chances for areas over and west of the mountains. Have a great holiday weekend!
