NewsChannel 3's John White investigates what happened one year ago when a motor coach crashed near Yucaipa on Highway 38. 8 people would eventually die as a result of the crash. The investigation later revealed that all 6 brakes on the bus were defective. The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Association has promised to go after bus operators who aren't following regulations. This report reviews how that crackdown is going and whether buses are safer one year later.
