Man arrested after police activity in Desert Hot Springs

Man arrest for 2016 warrant

DESERT HOT SPRINGS, Calif. - A man is in custody following an ongoing investigation at a Desert Hot Springs.

Thursday evening, just before 6:30 pm, police conducted an investigation at a residence on the 6600 block of Avenida Los Suenos.

According to Desert Hot Springs Deputy Chief Jim Henson, an individual was arrested on a warrant from a 2016 case, he is being interviewed at this time. 

Chief Dale Mondary confirmed the man was arrested for an assault with a deadly warrant.
