SodaStream is recalling 51,000 carbonating bottles in the United States and 7,600 in Canada due to an explosion risk.
Britax announced Feb. 16 it was recalling 676,000 strollers due to a fall hazard. The recalled models include Britax B-Agile and BOB Motion strollers when they are used with a travel system with a car seat carrier attached. The company has received several reports of injuries.
On Feb. 14, Lamborghini recalled thousands of supercars including the Venenos and Aventadors due to a fire risk.
Sargento Foods, Inc., announced over the weekend of Feb. 11-12 that certain packages of its Ultra Thin Sliced Longhorn Colby and Chef Blends Shredded Nacho & Taco Cheese must be recalled "due to a potential contamination of Listeria monocytogenes."
On Jan. 10, Hostess recalled their Holiday White Peppermint Twinkies over salmonella concerns. The recall applies only to Twinkies with the label UPC 888109111571. No illnesses have been reported.
On Jan. 10, Michaels has recalled 80,000 rock salt lamps sold under the Lumiere brand. The dimmer switches or outlet plugs can overheat and ignite. The recalled products include the Rock of Gibraltar lamp (UPC 00886946056253), the Carnival of Lights lamp (UPC 00886946058325) and the Basket of Rocks lamp (UPC 00886946056277).
