MORONGO VALLEY, Calif. - 21-year-old Robin Lee Rennaker of Morongo Valley was arrested for making criminal threats, among numerous charges after he posted a picture of a rifle on FaceBook threating to kill many people "for the Islamic state of Iraq bismillah."

Sheriff's deputies investigated Rennaker after receiving numerous reports regarding the social media post.
Deputies attempted to contact Rennaker several times at a residence on Pioneer Dr. in Morongo Valley but they were unsuccessful.
Deputies obtained a search warrant for Rennaker’s residence and found a sawed-off shotgun, ammunition, methamphetamines and drug paraphernalia. Detective’s also recovered Rennaker’s electronic devices for further investigation.
Morongo Elementary School was placed on lockdown Wednesday morning following the report of the threat.
Tom Baumgarten, Superintendent of the Morongo Unified School District, says the threat was reported on Tuesday night. He said a robocall was sent out to parents and the lockdown lasted about an hour.
The threat was not at a specific location, but Baumgarten said because Morongo Valley is such a small area and since the elementary school has a large number of people inside, they were being cautious.
Rennaker was arrested for criminal threats; possession of a sawed-off shotgun; violation of probation and was booked into the Morongo Basin jail. He is being held without bail.
