The Chronicle of Philanthropy has released its annual list of America's biggest donors of 2012. Take a look at the 15 most generous donors.

5. Sergey Brin and Anne Wojicicki. Donations: $222.9 million. Brin is a co-founder of Google and directs the company’s special projects; his wife, Wojicicki, is co-founder of genetic testing company 23andME. Most of their donations have gone to the Brin Wojcicki Foundation.
