The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in the Inland Empire rose two-tenths of a cent Monday to $4.15, one day after dropping two-tenths of a cent.

   The average price in Riverside and San Bernardino counties is 1.6 cents more than one week ago, 3.6 cents higher than one month ago and 13.4 cents above what it was one year ago, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.

   The average price has risen 10 of the past 13 days.
