RIVERSIDE, Calif. -

The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in the Inland Empire dropped two-tenths of a cent Thursday to $4.11, its lowest amount since April 10.

   The average price in Riverside and San Bernardino counties has decreased 27 of the past 28 days and is 1.7 cents less than one week ago and 17.3 cents lower than one month ago, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service. However, it is 10.6 cents more than one year ago, 

   The average price has dropped 17.4 cents over the past 28 days, including one-tenth of a cent on Wednesday.
