The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in the Inland Empire dropped to its lowest amount since February 19th, decreasing a half-cent to $3.797.

   The average price in Riverside and San Bernardino counties rose two-tenths of a cent on Saturday, ending a stretch of 10 consecutive daily decreases and 50 in the previous 52 days, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.

   The average price is 2 cents less than one week ago, 16.2 cents lower than one month ago and 2.5 cents below what it was one year ago.
