RIVERSIDE, Calif. -

A decrease of two-tenths of a cent Monday dropped the average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in the Inland Empire to its lowest amount since February 21st, $3.82.

   The average price in Riverside and San Bernardino counties has dropped 46 of the past 48 days, decreasing 33.4 cents, including four-tenths of a cent on Sunday, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.

   The average price is 2.4 cents less than one week ago, 19.7 cents lower than one month ago and 1.4 cents below what it was one year ago.
