Hana Gold, the manager of  "Fresh Juice," a juice bar in Rancho Mirage, claims that the same man came into their store and stole the money in their tip jar.

Surveillance video shows the man walking to the counter, grab the tip jar, and shove it into his backpack.

Gold told KESQ / CBS Local 2 that she remembers the man buying a juice the day before and converse for 20 minutes before leaving.

"It's just sad because I mean, for us girls here, we work really hard for our tips and they actually help us out a lot. So how could he just come in here and take what we've earned," said Gold.

If you have any information on the man in the video call Valley CrimeStoppers at 760 341-STOP.
