The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in the Inland Empire dropped Wednesday to its lowest amount since February 19th, decreasing two-tenths of a cent to $3.80.

   The average price in Riverside and San Bernardino counties has dropped 14 of the past 15 days and 54 of the past 57, decreasing 35.8 cents over the  latter span, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.

   The average price is 1.8 cents less than one week ago, 14.2 cents lower than one month ago and 3.8 cents below what it was one year ago.
