(CNN) -- U.N. observers in Syria have counted 85 bodies, including 34 children under the age of 10, in the village of Houla, Maj. Gen. Robert Mood, head of the U.N. Supervision Mission in Syria, told CNN. "Whoever started, whoever responded and whoever took part in this deplorable act of violence should be held responsible," he said.
