Riverside County Sheriff's Deputies are investigating a bank robbery at the Pacific Western Bank on Highway 111 and Village Center Drive in Indian Wells.
Riverside County Sheriff's Department spokesman Angel Ramos says, that around 11:45 a.m. Tuesday, February 5th, a white man in his 20's entered the bank, displayed a gun to a teller, who complied and gave the robber money. The robber left the bank on foot through the parking lot.
The suspect is described as a white man, in his 20's, about 6'1 in height with a husky build weighing around 215-220 pounds with acne marks. He was dressed in all black clothing, wearing black sunglasses.
Over the past month 3 banks were held up, 2 banks in Palm Springs and one in Rancho Mirage.
