A San Francisco man has filed a lawsuit against BMW claiming that he's suffered from an erection for two years after riding on one of its motorcycles.

Henry Wolf named BMW North America and Corbin-Pacific, Inc. in the lawsuit, saying that the "ridged seat" of his 1993 BMW motorcycle left him with a severe case of priapism -- a long-lasting erection -- for more than 20 months, which has caused him mental and emotional anguish, the San Francisco Chronicle reported.

Corbin-Pacific was identified as the manufacturer of the motorcycle seat in the suit.

According to the publication, Wolf stated that he developed priapism after riding the motorbike on a four-hour road trip around San Francisco on May 1, 2010.

In the lawsuit, Wolf's attorney, Vernon Bradley, said his client, "Has been experiencing continuing problems since his motorcycle ride. He is now unable to engage in sexual activity, which is causing him substantial emotional and mental anguish."

Wolf is suing for wage loss, hospital expenses, general damage and emotional distress due to his condition. The amount of compensation sought was not released.
