A strong arm robbery at Kohl's in La Quinta late Tuesday night leads to a car crash in Bermuda Dunes.

Two men and two women entered the store and grabbed a bunch of merchandise.  They were confronted by loss prevention officers and there was a struggle.

The suspects jumped into a Ford Explorer and sped away.  A Deputy started to follow and discovered that the car was stolen but then lost the vehicle.

The Deputy spotted the vehicle some time later in Bermuda Dunes overturned after crashing into a palm tree and a wall.

One man and two females were detained but one man got away.  Two suspects had minor injuries.  Charges are pending review of the case and further investigation.
