1985: The coming of age comedy-drama "The Breakfast Club," starring Emilio Estevez, Judd Nelson, Anthony Michael Hall, Molly Ringwald and Ally Sheedy, and directed by John Hughes, premieres in theaters. The movie would go on to earn $51 million at the box office and is considered one of the greatest high school films of all time, as well as one of Hughes' most memorable and recognizable works.
