1910: Musician Louis Prima, who would find fame as a jazz, swing and big band singer-songwriter, is born in New Orleans. Some of Prima's most memorable songs include "Sing Sing Sing" and "Jump, Jive and Wail," and he also voiced the character of King Louie and sang the song "I Wanna Be Like You" in the 1967 Disney movie "The Jungle Book."
