1996: Entertainer Tiny Tim, most famous for his rendition of "Tiptoe Through the Tulips" sung in a distinctive high falsetto/vibrato voice, dies of a heart attack at the age of 64 in Minneapolis, Minn. His real name Herbert Khaury, he was also famous for marrying Victoria Mae Budinger (aka Miss Vicki) Dec. 17, 1969, on "The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson" with 21.4 million viewers watching.
