Coachella Fest 2013 Tickets Go on Sale

INDIO, Calif. -  Tickets for next year's Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival are now on sale.
Advance passes went on ale at 10 a.m. and will continue through May 24th for the festival, which is scheduled for April 12-14 and April 19-21, 2013, according to organizer Goldenvoice. It will be held over two consecutive weekends for the second year. The sale will be the only time the new Coachella Purchase Plan will be offered.

The plan is that you pay 20% down, then the rest is in seven monthly payments.
The rest of the passes will go on sale early next year, organizers said.
General admission passes are $349 and VIP passes are $799.

Passes cover either weekend. Camping, parking and shuttle passes will also be available.

The festival at the Empire Polo Club in Indio was held over two weekends for the first time this year, and sold out quickly.

Daily attendance was estimated at 85,000.
