RIVERSIDE, Calif. -

A 20-day streak of falling prices ended today when the  average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in the Inland Empire was unchanged, remaining at $3.596.

   The average price in Riverside and San Bernardino counties dropped 8.8 cents during the streak, including one-tenth of a cent on Monday, according to from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.   

   The average price is 2.5 cents less than one week ago, 4.5 cents lower than one month ago and 12 cents below what it was one year ago.
