RIVERSIDE, Calif. -

The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in the Inland Empire rose two-tenths of a cent Sunday to $3.62, one day after dropping three-tenths of a cent.

   The average price in Riverside and San Bernardino counties is nine-tenths of a cent more than one week ago, 3 cents higher than one week ago and 1.1 cents higher than one year ago, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.

   The average price has risen 10 times in the past 14 days, increasing 3 cents over that span.
