The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in the Inland Empire dropped Thursday to its lowest amount since Jan. 29, falling nine-tenths of a cent to $3.732.

   The average price in Riverside and San Bernardino counties has decreased  for 36 consecutive days and is 3.2 cents less than one week ago, 24.1 cents lower than one month ago and 63.8 cents below what it was one year ago, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.

   The average price has fallen 28.1 cents during the 36-day streak of declining prices, including three-tenths of a cent on Wednesday.
