The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in the Inland Empire dropped six-tenths of a cent today to $3.656, the seventh consecutive decrease after rising 12 times in 15 days.

   The average price in Riverside and San Bernardino counties is 2.8 cents less than one week ago, but 4.1 cents more than one month ago and three-tenths of a cent higher than one year ago, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.

   The average price has dropped 2.8 cents over the past seven days, including four-tenths of a cent on Monday, after rising 7.1 cents over the previous 15 days
