While cameras will be flashing as fans gather to get a glimpse of their favorite actors, will "Paparazzi" be an issue?
A deadly New Year's Day crash, that killed a 29 year-old photographer, chasing down Justin Bieber, in Los Angeles has reignited the debate over stricter "Paparazz"i laws.
We asked industry insiders in town for the film festival what they think--and whether or not it's a problem during the film festival.
Kathleen McInnis is a Hollywood Publicist for actor, Bill Pullman. She says, "If we're describing "Paparazzi", the sort of '"Stalkerazzi" as we call them, we haven't had a problem with that at all."
Following the "Paparazzi" death, Justin Bieber issued a statement, calling for "meaningful legislation," to protect the lives of celebrities and the photographers themselves.
