Moreno Valley woman found dead in burning Texas home
Authorities seeking a pastor's grandson after minister and his daughter found beaten
Houston police say a Moreno Valley woman was among the dead found in a burning home.
They are now seeking a grandson of Rev. Clements Dorsey, 89, after the pastor and his daughter, Barbara Dorsey Alexander, 61, of Moreno Valley were both found beaten to death.
Police say a 20-year-old grandson is a person of interest in Thursday's killing.
Sgt. J.J. Wilson says both victims suffered blunt force trauma and the house was ransacked. Autopsies have been ordered.
Police say the grandson had stayed at the house after being released from jail in a theft case but Dorsey last Sunday asked him to leave. Police believe the young man fled in his grandfather's SUV.
Wilson says the pastor's wife has dementia and slept through the killings. She wasn't hurt.
