YUCCA VALLEY, Calif. -

Yucca Valley man arrested after being caught in a sex act with a five year old child. 

On Sunday, February 17th a Yucca Valley mother caught Thomas Leonard Perez with the five year old girl.  A relative brought him to the San Bernardino County Sheriff's and he turned himself into authorities.

Perez was booked at the Morongo Basin Jail and is being held on $250,000 bail.
