PALM DESERT, Calif. - A suspect was arrested on Saturday night in Palm Desert after police said he stabbed a man during a fight on the 74000 block of Fairway Drive.
The incident occurred around 10:30 p.m. in the driveway of a home. Witnesses identified the suspect as Nicholas Seibert, a 34-year-old resident of La Quinta.
Seibert was located in an apartment complex on Country Club Drive shortly after fleeing the scene.
Authorities said the victim is a 46 year old man. He was taken to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
Seibert was booked into the Riverside County Jail in Indio on charges of assault with a deadly weapon and for violating his parole.
