THERMAL, Calif. - Firefighters contained flames to the shed behind a single family residence in Thermal, a Riverside County Fire Department spokeswoman said Sunday.
The fire was reported just before midnight at a residence in the 56300 block of Market Street, said the Riverside County Fire Department's Melody Hendrickson.
The first arriving engine company reported seeing flames behind a single story, single family residence. It was determined the flames were coming from a shed several feet away from the home.
``The fire was quickly contained at approximately 12:21 p.m. to 100 sq. ft. shed to the right of the residence,'' she said.
No one was hurt and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
