Joshua Saul Corrigan, who turned four on Monday, was taken from the home in the 700 block of East Third Street around 5 p.m. Tuesday, said Pomona police Officer A. Cruz.

Cruz said the suspect is 21-year-old Juana Maria Corrigan, whose parental rights were revoked more than a year ago. The reason for the revocation was not immediately explained.

According to Corrigan's Facebook account, she lives in Palm Springs.

Joshua is Hispanic, 3'8", 45 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a blue t-shirt, white shorts and tan Timberland boots.

Corrigan is Hispanic, 5'8", 140 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. Cruz said Corrigan was evicted from her home in San Ysidro on June 1, and her current address was not known.

Police said Corrigan has a history of drug abuse and has been known to travel to Mexico. Authorities along the border have been warned.

There is no description of her vehicle so authorities are looking for help from the public.
