Budget troubles may put an end to the short lived city of Jurupa Valley

JURUPA VALLEY, Calif. - California's youngest city could become a thing of the past.

Officials in Jurupa Valley say they fear they may have to disband after state lawmakers shuffled cash from local coffers.

A vote is planned Thursday on whether to start the process of disincorporation less than three years after the Riverside County city was formed.
