Kelly Osbourne's getting back in the groove.

The 28-year-old TV personality has been released from the hospital after suffering a seizure last week, CNN's confirmed. Last Thursday, Kelly collapsed on the set of E's "Fashion Police," and was hospitalized for five days.

"Thank U all 4 UR beautiful well wishes yes I did have a seizure," Osbourne tweeted last week, adding that doctors were still trying to figure out a cause.

Her rep said in a statement to E! that Kelly's been given "a clean bill of health," and that she's ready to get back on set. Her mom, Sharon, told viewers of "The Talk" Monday that her was daughter was doing fine.

"We were very blessed in a way that Kelly, when she had her seizure, she had it while she was filming," Mrs. Osbourne said. "We needed that to show the neurologist so they could see what was happening. She's on medication, she's fine, nobody knows why she had it. She is fine - and naughty!"

According to Kelly's rep, "doctors ran numerous tests and determined that this was most likely a onetime episode of which there are no conclusive result," the statement said. "She is looking forward to returning to Fashion Police this week and getting back to business and life as usual."
