Finola Hughes played, Carol, who marries Nick and becomes Blossom's stepmother. Hughes, now 53, is a veteran soap actress who's appeared in "Pacific Palisades, "All My Children" and "General Hospital." She recently had a role in the 2011 indie romantic drama "Like Crazy."
