Senator Boxer to attend get out the vote rally in Palm Desert

Democratic congressional candidate Dr. Raul Ruiz also scheduled to attend

PALM DESERT, Calif. -

Democratic Sen. Barbara Boxer will join  congressional candidate Raul Ruiz for a "Get Out The Vote" rally in Palm  Desert tomorrow, according to Ruiz's campaign.
      The rally is scheduled for 12:30 p.m. Saturday at the Palm Desert Civic  Park Amphitheater, 73-510 Fred Waring Drive, according to according to Ruiz's  campaign.
      Ruiz is running against Republican Rep. Mary Bono Mack for her 36th  Congressional District seat, and they have a televised debate scheduled  tonight. Boxer is slated to speak about Medicare and Medicaid today at Mizell  Senior Center in Palm Springs.
