Inland Empire gasoline price sets Thanksgiving record
Average price of $3.78 for regular unleaded a record high for Thanksgiving day

The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in the Inland Empire set a Thanksgiving Day record high today -- $3.782 -- despite decreasing 43 of the previous 45 days.
The previous high for Thanksgiving in Riverside and San Bernardino counties was $3.737, set last year, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.
The average price has decreased 90.6 cents over the previous 45 days to its lowest amount since July 25.
The average price is 1.1 cents more than one year ago, but 4.2 cents less than one week ago and 67 cents lower than a month ago.
