The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in the Inland Empire dropped today to its lowest amount since July 18, decreasing seven-tenths of a cent to $3.714.
The average price in Riverside and San Bernardino counties is 4.5 cents less than one week ago and 25.3 cents lower than one month ago but 8.3 cents more than one year ago, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.
The average price has decreased 53 of the past 58 days, dropping 97.4 cents over that span, including two-tenths of a cent on Tuesday.
