The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in the Inland Empire fell two-tenths of a cent today to $3.653, after rising 16 times in 17 days.
The average price in Riverside and San Bernardino counties is 2.5 cents more than one week ago and 3.3 cents higher than one month ago but 6.2 cents less than one year ago, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.
The average price rose 11.1 cents over the previous 17 days, including four-tenths of a cent on Sunday, after falling to its lowest amount in exactly one year, $3.544, on Dec. 27.
