Inland Empire gas price falls once again
Average price dropped six-tenths of a cent to $4.01; lowest amount since Feb. 5.
The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in the Inland Empire dropped six-tenths of a cent Thursday to $4.012, its lowest amount since Feb. 5.
The average price in Riverside and San Bernardino counties has fallen 40 times in 42 days and is 4.1 cents less than one week ago, 20.3 cents lower than one month ago and 25.7 cents below what it was one year ago, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.
The average price has dipped 27.9 cents over the past 42 days, including 1 cent on Wednesday.
