The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in the Inland Empire dropped today to its lowest amount since July 24, decreasing four-tenths of a cent to $3.778.
The average price in Riverside and San Bernardino counties is 3.6 cents less than one week ago and 64.1 cents lower than one month ago, but 2.4 cents more than one year ago, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.
The average price has dropped 44 of the previous 46 days, decreasing 91 cents over that span, including a half-cent on Thursday.
