Drunk driving crash in Palm Desert

A 40-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI  after crashing her Pontiac Vibe into a curb in Palm Desert, police said.
      The crash at Fred Waring Drive and Cook Street was reported at 5:45 p.m.  Sunday, Palm Desert police Sgt. A. Eller said in a statement.
      There were no injuries in the rash, which is believed to have resulted  from alcohol consumption by the driver, Eller said, adding that Jackie Maglione of Palm Desert was arrested on suspicion of DUI.
