Parents & Kids Divided On Revised Booster Seat Law

Kids aren't going to like it and parents are divided on it. Governor Jerry Brown signed a revised child safety seat law yesterday. It'll go into effect at the beginning of next year. As newschannel 3's Gil Diaz shows us it raises the minimum age when a child can stop using a booster seat in the car.
