INDIO - The pig has landed.
An inflatable pig that floated away during Roger Waters' closing performance at Coachella Fest was found in two parts at an exclusive La Quinta country club, festival organizers said Tuesday.
"The pig was found in a La Quinta country club by two families," according to festival spokeswoman Marcee Rondan, who said the families would split a $10,000 reward and each would receive two tickets for life to Coachella Fest.
She also said each family would be given all access passes to this weekend's three-day Stagecoach Country Music Festival.
Hideaway Country Club resident Susan Stolz found part of the pig in her driveway Monday, and -- not sure what it was -- threw it away.
It wasn't until hearing about the lost pig that Stolz took the deflated pig part from the trash.
Another tangled mess of what was left of the pig was found by a neighbor's house about a half-block away. That person was not home, but Stolz said she planned to split the reward money with her neighbor.
The pig emerged Sunday night while Waters, a co-founder of Pink Floyd, played a version of the band's 1977 song "Pigs."
The pig, which was held above the crowd from lines held on the ground, displayed the words "Don't be led to the slaughter" and a cartoon of Uncle Sam with two bloody cleavers, according to reports.
The underside of the pig read "Obama" with a checked ballot box alongside, referring to Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Barack Obama.
