Accused child pornographer enters not guilty plea

Police say they confiscated child pornography, guns and drugs from the home and business of a Palm Desert man Friday night.

We have been following this story since it first broke last Friday. Tonight we have an update. 48 year old Steven Vonstein appeared before a judge in Indio on weapons and drug charges.

Today, Vonstein entered a plea of not guilty in an Indio courtroom on those charges. Vonstein's bond was set at $100,000.

No pornography charges have yet been filed in connection with the bust as his home and business Friday night.

The D.A.’s office says they are continuing their investigation, hoping victims will come forward in the case.
