Burglary Suspect Caught In La Quinta

LA QUINTA - Police caught and arrested a 23 year-old man, possibly connected with a burglary in La Quinta.

Investigators tell News Channel 3 a home owner walked into his garage where James Cook was allegedly collecting things to steal.  They say the homeowner chased Cook out of the house, across many yards and fences before police caught up with him and arrested him.

Cook was booked in the Indio Jail for burglary and violation of his probation.
