CALEXICO - A 4.0 magnitude earthquake jolted the Calexico area this morning, after a series of smaller quakes hit overnight.
The 4.0 quake hit at 11:27am Monday, according to the USGS.
A 3.0 magnitude earthquake hit the same area around 8:15pm Sunday night, and smaller quakes have rattled since then.
A 3.1 hit around 1:11pm today, and a 3.2 shook the area around 12:18pm.
