INDIO - Officers from a number of law enforcement agencies came knocking on doors across the Valley Thursday as part of a parole and probation sweep.
Officers began door-to-door operations at 8 this morning arresting alleged parole violators before wrapping at 11 a.m.
Law enforcement agencies taking part in the sweep included the Coachella Valley Gang Task Force and the Department of Justice.
Homes were searched in Palm Desert, La Quinta, Indio, Coachella, Thousand Palms, and Bermuda Dunes.
No word yet on how many arrests were made.
